The Eastern Nebraska Officials Association is an organization of high school
football and basketball officials. Our membership includes over 170 officials from
Lincoln and the surrounding communities. Our goals are to improve high school
officiating by providing training, informative meetings and game assignments. If

2012 Football Season Information
Welcome to another year with the Eastern Nebraska Officials Association (ENOA)!!
We are right around the corner for fall sports to begin. I know we are still enjoying the
summer and vacation season, but we need to start thinking about the upcoming
season. Please consider sending your ENOA dues ($35.00) now to: ENOA PO Box
22122 (See below) Lincoln, NE 68542.
Meetings: ENOA Football Meetings will again meet at Farm Bureau at 5525 South
16th Street. Mark these dates on your calendars now August 12th and 26th and
September 9th, and 23rd. These meetings will start promptly at 7pm. Please make
sure you are on time and ready at 7pm.
ENOA Football Jamboree is set for August 25, 2012. This year we are changing the
format just a bit. We will start together and go over basic officiating points of interest.
Then we will divide the group into two smaller groups. The first group will consist of
officials with less than 2 years of experience and the other group will be for the
veteran officials. There will also be a field for 5 man mechanics. We feel this will
work best for both groups of officials. The more seasoned official will receive more
technical training, while the newer official will receive more individual and basic
training information. This format will benefit all members of the association and will
be a great way to gain a lot of early season reps with many well qualified clinicians.
We are working on having representatives from the NSAA present. Best of all, it’s free
to ENOA members.
ENOA Reminder's
Arbiter: Please get your availability updated for Shane Smith it will make scheduling
games easier.
Uniforms: Remember that we are wearing the NFHS approved black football pants
this year for all ENOA assigned games, so plan accordingly to purchase those in
advance. Knickers may not be worn for ENOA games.
NHSSOA Clinic: Will be held August 11 at Seacrest. You must register through the
NSAA and there is a cost. The clinicians for this event will be ENOA members.
